Aviva Community Fund

The Aviva Community Fund is giving away $1,000,000 for ideas to create positive change in Canada.  More Info »

FCC AgriSpirit Fund

FCC AgriSpirit Fund is about enhancing rural communities. If your organization is raising money for a capital project and your city or town has less than 150,000 people, it may qualify for a donation between $5,000 and $25,000 to supplement your other fundraising efforts. Applications are closed and will re-open March 2017. More Info »


Alberta Lottery Fund

The Alberta Lottery Fund uses gaming revenues to benefit thousands of volunteer initiatives across the province every year. From skating rinks and health care facilities, to playgrounds, roads and marching bands, the Alberta Lottery Fund helps to enhance and improve Alberta’s communities. More Info »

Community Initiatives Program

The Community Initiatives Program (CIP) funds initiatives that enhance and enrich communities throughout Alberta. Organizations are eligible to apply for one capital and one non-capital grant per government fiscal year (April 1 – March 31).  More Info »

Community Facility Enhancement Program

The Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP) has been established to assist in fostering the unique characteristics of Alberta’s many communities. The program is intended to reinvest revenues generated from provincial lotteries in communities, to empower local citizens, and community organizations to work together and respond to local needs. To accomplish this, the program has been designed to respond to local facility enhancement needs and to work in partnership with community groups and volunteers. Capital funding will be limited to one grant per organization in each fiscal year April 1 to March 31. More Info »

CIF –  Community Places and Spaces

This program offers grants in support of community facility upgrades, retrofits, and related work to increase use and accessibility within community facilities. More Info »

Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund

The Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture and Recreation distributes Saskatchewan Lotteries proceeds to eligible sport, culture and recreation organizations in Saskatchewan.  More Info »
